Hi friends, my name is Fuzz Martin and three times a week I bring you a show about marketing, advertising, PR and social media topics or news for your podcast. Today we're going to be talking about the social media side of things. We're all well aware of TikTok, what's fun, it's easy to get trapped watching short videos longer than you want to. It's really become a great platform for people to express their creativity. And with 1 billion active users, it's definitely popular, but it's not the most popular. And according to DemandSage, it's not even in the top five. In fact, it's currently the seventh biggest social media platform. Can you guess whose first?

By the way, if you're wondering where Twitter is, on that map, well, it's way down there. It's actually 16th. With 397 million users, it's behind Reddit, Snapchat and Pinterest. And a couple of other Chinese apps, Twitter actually only beats Quora on the list. And that's somewhat surprising to me.
